Reach mowers are designed for a range of vegetation cutting such as grass, hedges and other vegetation on steep banks (above or below the tractor), and any other areas that would otherwise be inaccessible to a standard tractor and slasher combination.

For these projects, we have 2 tractors fitted with Reach Mowers. We can use either a John Deere 6130 4WD Air Cab Tractor fitted with McConnel 6500 Telescopic Reach Mower with a Reach of 6.5m from centre of tractor. Or we can use John Deere 6330 4WD Air Cab Tractor fitted with McConnel 6400 Telescopic Reach Mower with Reach of 6.4m from centre of tractor. The McConnel is a world-renowned Reach Mower and has a reputation as a strong, reliable, dependable, powerful and safe machine to use.
